Belgium Malinois, starting with the department July 2004. Bertus
is energetic and loves to be the center of attention. He was born in Holland and was trained by Cross Creek K9
Academy in Edgefield, SC. Bertus is SCPK9 Certified in
Obedience, Narcotics
Detection, Tracking, Building Searches, Patrol Work and Article
Searches. |
| While not on duty, Bertus enjoys
babysitting the cat and chasing lizards in the woods. The best
thing he loves about his job is being on patrol with his partner.
